Whitney is a fantastic trainer and a wonderful person to get to know. She's always upbeat, always excited about your work out, on time, energetic, and just about everything one looks for in a trainer. One of Whitney's strengths is that she is always adjusting the workouts based on your progress. Every time a workout starts getting easy, she knows just how to step it up a notch. She also knows when to slow things down so you don't overdo it and get injured. And last, but certainly not least, she is flexible with scheduling via text and email. Thanks Whitney!
One-to-1 Fitness continues to be a big part of my life and the team treats me like family (meaning family that you like, haha). My trainer Whitney is simply amazing and I would recommend her to everyone. She finds that balance between an awesome work out and good fun while still motivating me to try things outside of my comfort zone. Whitney has a genuine interest in helping me to meet my goals and keeping me accountable to which I am grateful. Thank you for all that you do! You rock!! I trained at One-to-1 for 6 months with Whitney. She was an awesome trainer - I have no doubt that she pushed me to work out harder than I ever would have on my own and made me realize I was capable of much more than I thought. She was really committed to my success and provided encouragement when I felt things weren't going so well. She was always upbeat and had a great attitude. I learned so much from her!
Hello Cabel, Let me start by saying that I truly enjoy One to One Fitness. It's a great facility with amazing trainers. When I was younger I was able to play sports a local, provincial, national and international level. So I understand the intensity of a physical fitness program, and what it takes to reach your personal best. This is why I'm very happy with your trainers, especially Melissa Martinez. Sometimes the push we need to motivate our body isn't the one we necessarily want to accept. Melissa provides that push, but addresses the essential element of creating a personal relationship with her clients as well. For me, my wife and daughter she is one of your best, and a big reason why we are at your gym. Thank you for the opportunity to provide input, and I wish you and your business much future success. When I came to One-to-1 a year and half ago I was trying to lose my last 10 pounds of baby weight and had been following a nutrition and exercise plan and had zero success! Within two weeks I had lost my weight by eating MORE food and had a huge difference in muscle mass due to Whitney kicking my butt!! Whitney is a great trainer who will make a visible difference in your body composition in a short time!! I always leave feeling great and I have learned so much from Whitney about form and how heavy of weights I really should be lifting!! I think everyone would benefit from getting trained at One-to-1!!
