Fitwells is still charging my credit card even though I canceled my membership back in october AND paid in full to cancel. I have a membership cancellation saying I owe $0 and a receipt for my final payment but they don't seem to care about that and yet they STILL charge my card without my authorization 3 months after cancellation!!!!! Thank goodness for credit card protection for unauthorized purchases. This is the worst gym and they try and steal money from members that cancel. DON'T GO HERE! EVER!
