Just held a "birthday party" at the Richmond, BC location. Strong un-hygenic odour, topped off with a sweaty locker room environment. Poor environmental upkeep. Staffing was unfriendly and mediocre, and failed to organize a birthday shirt which was supposed to have been included in birthday package. Definitely NOT going there again, for the better of my health.

Really run experience. Went with a bunch of friends, and everyone had a good time. The place was huge and there was tons of space. Facility was pretty clean and overall staff were pretty friendly. They have lots of fun things like basketball and dodge-ball for people of all ages. You have to buy their special socks the first time, but you get to keep them at the end which you can use again for your next visit. Would definitely recommend other people check this place out!

I really like trampolines, I work in a trampoline center in Quebec and I just love it ! Here it's a little bit different, I think they need to review few things; first of all; more employes to check the kids or make those more efficient. Second: they should wear a brighter T-shirt, thiers are black, ours in Quebec are flash orange. I sometimes don't see them at all. third; they shouldn't turn off the lights when there's kids, they run everywhere et get hurt, we only turn the lights off on fridays and saturdays night (and it's for 16 and over ) They should be more severe with the rules, I saw few adults running near kids, the kid can get the double bounce and twist his ankle... other than that, well enjoy :)

Had a blast last Saturday, I was a bit skeptical when I saw some fellow reviewers online, but they couldn’t be further from the truth!!!. The place was unbelievable I’ve never seen so many trampolines in my life!! The staff is so friendly and outgoing, the vibe the park gives off is just awesome. I will definitely hit this place up again.

Great fun for adults too. Seemed expensive at first, but by the end we were exhausted, laughing and totally satisfied. Had a blast playing dodgeball and flipping into the foam pit. I'd make sure you go at a quiet time because it could definitely get overrun with kids. And bring a change of clothes, you will sweat! I didn't have much interaction with the staff, they seemed okay.
