I very much regret ever bringing my daughter to this centre. She left in tears after only her third visit and it has hindered her from wanting to join any group classes since. The centre was under staffed and the owner was very rude and disorganized attempting to teach the class, cover the phones, and complete administrative tasks all at the same time. He had no idea what class my daughter was supposed to be in resulting in her being juggled around. His poor attitude towards his staff was immediately noticeable and it came as no surprise when my daughter was asked to leave in front of all the other children and parents for arriving 10 minutes late. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect and all in the presence of children including my 5 year old daughter. We did not receive any refund for the remaining classes.
Everett is really knowledgeable and passionate about working with kids and helping them improve as young athletes. He will customize his programs to fit your child’s needs – in our case he tweaked it to turn our daughter into a stronger skier.
