Nothing surprising but still, there has to be a limit to unprofessionalism!!! There was a fire accident in the building which houses FF and the gym was closed. No message or communication from the Gym to inform or update on the situation/ closing of the Gym/ Inquiry Contact no:/ ANYYYYYY news or official communication as to when the FF is gonna start its operations!! Personally I went there twice and couldnt get any update or contact no: from the security guards manning the gym door. On repeated requests, they kept on repeating one single thing 'aapko andar aana mana hai' 'Humko nahi pata koi detail' 'humare paas koi telephone no: nahi hai FF ke manager ka' Come on man, dont take the members for a ride once again. V have seen FF's attitude when they shifted to a smaller and less equipped facility than what most of the members had paid the membership fee for...they duped the members then and now again they are non responsive and totally off the radar. Tried their CP and Gurgaon telephone no:s....no response even now??? Sickening.
Have been member since May, 2012 ( More than two years) and found equipments very good. The group classes are really worth. It was congested during peak hours even when it was located in N Block. On shifting to A block, area has become smaller and it has become more congested now. Moreover now there is no facility for steam and sauna which did not go well with the members. Overall level has gone down on shifting from N block to A.
I was a founder member of fitness first and I joined for the 18 months plan. I had a passport membership so I was able to see the gurgaon and bangalore FF branches also. Pros: the cardio equipments are good, the cycling studio and other classes are just amazing. The steam and sauna is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation after a strenuous workout. Cons: 1) The trainers are money minded, they won't help you if you can't buy into their personal training. Highly unprofessional. This wasn't at all the case in b'lore or ggn. 2)The staff in cp is also generally not very attentive to members. Again b'lore and ggn were great. 3) the free weight area is so small its jam packed during the peak hrs, making it difficult to finish your workout in time. I've had great experience in the ggn and b'lore branch where staff and instructors are very professional and attentive. The CP branch is all commercialised with highly unprofessional people around. After a while I simply switched to the classes as only those give you your moneys worth.
Changed to new location without spa or steam...very small and conjusted
I'am a member since 8 month and lost 28kg's , facilities are good and good qualified trainers . Group exercises specially Hip hop and Zumba classes are awesome .Will Receommend it to all
