Bottom line is the coaches and the people here work hard. They make you feel welcomed and most importantly they push everyone. FYI this is a clean gym, no egos, no bs. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get better.
As a new CrossFit-er I shopped around for a bit and gotta say I made the right choice! The coaches are friendly, reassuring, and... most importantly... they kick my butt! The box is big, clean, and doesn't stink. Even the CrossFit-ers there are awesome, everyone is willing to help with technique and nobody is judging anyone.
They've got classes fit for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes (these people are animals!) and always have a great, positive vibe. I can't recommend this place enough and am soooo happy I found them!
If your looking for a great workout without the egos this is the place for you!
