Joined the gym early 2014; after few months of visiting 3 to 4 times per week, I cancelled my membership around May 1st 2014 in person as the agreement required because I was moving out of state. I then realized in September of 2014 that they were still charging me for services that I haven't been using for almost 5 months, services that should have been cancelled back in May 2014. At this time, I contacted the gym, and they told me that they have no records of me canceling and that I needed to write a letter explaining why I need to cancel along with a processing fee to effectively cancel my membership. I eventually cancelled my debit card which they were charging around October of 2014 and thats when I started receiving the harassing phone calls which I eventually blocked and moved on with my life. Today January 27th, 2015 I was contacted by a Law Firm(collection agency) representing YouFit demanding another $70+ for unpaid services. This is ridiculous, because their employees didn't do their job and cancelled my membership when I requested in person, they stole another at least $70 from me prior to me canceling my debit card, now I am being harassed by a collection agency for an additional $70+ If you are considering joining this gym you might want to think twice.

love it, everyone is very friendly, makes you feel welcome. its never crowded. clean, and reasonable price.

Worst gym in the world. Charge you and tell you that you can cancel within x amount of days but won't stick up to their word. Workers don't have any idea what they are doing. Will not refund you when they say they will. Gym is mediocre.

Advertises $10 then says there is a $39 annual fee later. Free weight area weak at best. Locker room was worst I have ever been it. Yes it was clean and the tile is beautiful but functionally it's more messed up than a football bat. The sink is the kind where you have to wave your hand under ten times to get three drops of water so it won't warm up either, made for the longest worst shave ever. Lockers barely fit a bag and that is with leaning into it and there is nowhere to hang dress clothes so you're pretty much screwed there and did I mention the rubber matt in the shower that feels like standing on nails. Whoever designed the locker room obviously never worked out and got ready for work at a gym. If you'r the kind of person who uses the treadmill and leaves this place is for you. The treadmills have tvs and the staff is friendly but other than that I would have given it one star.

wrong information passing to you ,i hire a trainer, they sold me 8 session for $ 280.00,which they told me never expire, i can use when ever I have time, then I notice they are charging same amount from my credit card every month, after talking to them, and cancel by email, last five month, i am still charge on my account and now I hire a attorney to go to the court to fight get my money back from them, see the problem I want to use the trainer, but I am so hurt, i cant even trust to go for my fitness,i don't is this my loss or for them.....
