If it's your first time but you're from out of town, go ANYWHERE else. They won't honor the free trial, and won't give your that first timer, VIP treatment. If you want to be lost the whole class and be given no assistance, this may still be the gym for you. I understand that an out of towner is not likely to come back, however, you could have tons of family in the area that you could have recommended join, and on your next visit you may have bought a 10 pack of visits to come again. A free trial is meant to encourage future business. However, lack there of earned them a one star. Gym etiquette #1 is customer service, and iRock failed miserably.
Very knowledgeable staff and professional service i would recommend them to anyone they do rock!!
The only place in Erie to truly get the workout you need. If you not there, your missing out !!
