Great gym, 3 PT sessions free on joining. Great assortment of fun classes and equipment. They also have a salt room, red light therapy and sauna. If you're a parent there's a creche included for platinum clients too. I've never had to wait for equipment or bathrooms. In all my gym experiences, it's the first time I've felt like a part of a family not just a member. I highly recommend this gym over any others in the area!

Friendly staff, and great really new equipment. No problems getting onto the machines that I want to use and a good variety of classes. Nice to be able to look out the large windows while exercising as well. Great gym!!

I Joined PHC Neutral Bay about 12 months ago when they first opened. Amazing Cybex fit out, sauna, heaps of great classes and more! I moved out of the area reluctantly for work reasons, cancelation was pain free and easy! I just came back and they remembered me, dropped my joining fees and I am stoked to be back. Dan The Man

Second Review....... What a disgusting business. I dont expect they will survive long. They have managed to no only upset cutomers with their dodgy business practices but a stinky reputation has spread amongst other similar service provides in the area. They have forgotton the small about small business. The customers talk to each other and the other business's in the area. Fair Trade NSW found their practices to be below standard. They have requested their 'terms and conditions' be put on their website (no done) and that have been contact twice and told to refund me. Which Lou courtesously agreed to do when speaking to the Fair Trade Rep (twice) but this is what they really did..... Sherrie I forwarded your email to the owners of Private Health Clubs and they have responded that they will not be issuing a refund as your termination payments where correct as per our terms and conditions. This is our final decision and we now consider this matter closed. Louise What a surprise that these meaty muscle heads think they work above reproached. No amount of money will make up for good business sense. First Review.... The classes are a rip off as there instructors are not trained to teach Les Mills classes. I had one instructor tell me this was her version of pump and the male instructor honestly said he had never taught it before and had no idea. You will pay for the priviledge of them debiting your account. First a setup fee with Ezidbit followed by an additional 88 cent every debit. At no time were my patner and I informed about this when joining. We also were told verbally that to leave the gym we had to give one months notice eqivelent to two fornightly payments we have been charged three and the female owner is using a feeble excuse that the notice and a payment occurred on the same day so their entited to an additional fortnights payment. As she refer to her terms and conditions which are not visable or accessable anywhere on their website nor were we isued with a copy to refer to when we where ushered into their office to sign up on on their website, so she can make up anything she likes. In general most of us have had ban experiences with gym and this one is no different. My advice, get rid of the current owners, be upfront with your customers about charges and cancel classes if you dont have the trained instructors for them. Would not recommend this gym at all.
