This is the creepiest gym I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Not only was the price of a one off session excessive but the owner and his dodgy mates were just plain unnerving. Being the only person there, let alone the only woman, in the vast cavern-like "women's only" area was not pleasant, especially when Bruno would ooze into the room to make sure I was "ok". And the fact that the men's only area had all the free weights whilst the women's only had machines gives you an idea of the archaic mindset that pervades the gym. So if you're a chick who likes to lift and actually do some proper training, well, this isn't the gym you're looking for *waves hands like Obi Wan* I'll tell you this, you couldn't pay me to get changed in the change rooms or use the loo- the idea of being naked or close to it in that place sends shudders of revulsion down my back. The saddest part is? It's an amazing site, it could be an epic gym, one that attracts people from all over the peninsula. It has huge space, a decent amount of free weights and a tonne of potential, but it's unfortunately owned and run by Mr Free Candy in My Van and his cohorts, none of whom seem to be the slightest bit interested in fitness. My advice, stay away unless it's purely as a novelty visit to take in the creep factor.
A pretty basic gym. Feel that that it is not very well cleaned (escpecially the bathrooms). The equipment seems to old/outdated and pretty basic. All in all a pretty poor gym considering there other cleaner, more up to date gyms at the same/similar price.
Bloody fantastic. The Big a the Man.
Great classes and the best equipment on the peninsula. Lots cheaper than in Melbourne.
Didnt even go yet the customer service was very poor
