What can I say, I've always been impressed with Shawn's work ethic and ability to make things happen for himself. I spent a while looking around for a coach to help me prepare for upcoming meets and beyond, so I sought out Shawn and Rawpowerlifter Training Systems to help me prepare to be at my best.
What impressed me at first was Shawn's attention to detail, and his willingness to help someone outside of his client pool. He is really in this to make his clients better lifters, and better people all around, I can say he truly cares about the person as well as their accomplishments. If you're looking to get involved with a trainer and coach that cares, that will put forth the effort to make you the best you can be, take a long, serious look at Shawn, and the do yourself a favor and employ him to get things rolling in the right direction.
