Winston is an amazing trainer, I love his laid back attitude and his new gym is bright, clean and welcoming. The people you meet are from all different walks of life not just the hard core but regular people like me.

Did I trial here and signed up before it was over. Great gym. Great owner. Great staff. Great atmosphere. NO better gym in grande prairie. Juice bar, all the equipment you need for any fitness goals. Personal Training available. WInston knows what he's talking about, will give you great advice, and bring your fitness goals to the next level. Don't waste your time at places like Worlds Gym. Just wished it was open Saturdays.
