I've been training with Jon since 2013 and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of it. First and foremost, he is a genuinely nice guy. He is very clear in setting the plan once goals are identified and modifies things as needed. His approach is evidence-based and he is a stickler for good technique. NO gimmicks or promises, just a lot of fun and hard work. I have no hesitation with referring friends and family to Jon.

Jon is awesome. He wants to make you better and achieve your goals - safely, correctly and reasonably. An excellent teacher, he pushes you to be better and to train correctly - it's not about the quick fix with Jon. It's about the search for excellence and doing more. I recommend him highly.

I’ve been going to Jon since August 2014. I’m not trying to be a better marathon runner or a better NHL hockey player (at least not yet). I suffer from a certain condition, a disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so (yes…we all know the real word for that). Jon is a professional trainer who cares about and is committed to what he is doing, is enthusiastic, consistent and dedicated to his profession and not just doing a job. It really helps me be consistent and dedicated (and sometimes enthusiastic….just not this week after the 2 week XMAS break). I started toying with the idea of using a personal trainer in 2013 and saw Jon’s site and I should have contacted him then…..instead of buying that home gym, thingamabob, whatchamacallit…..which requires constant referral to a manual. Things work so much better for me when I have an appointment with someone telling me what to do, how to do it and offering motivation. My manual doesn’t do that and the thingamabob, whatchamacallit doesn’t care if I ever show up.

I highly recommend Jon. He is extremely knowledgeable and is easily able to tailor and modify a program specifically to you and your personal goals. He is excellent to work with, a great motivator and constantly challenging you to do more and improve on your previous best.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with JKConditioning. I started training with Jon a year and a half ago post baby and got myself back into better shape and most notably stronger shape. Pregnant again, I have continued to work with him throughout my pregnancy and have felt great with the workouts. If you are looking for a trainer who will push your limits and get you results, then look no further, he is one of the best.
