Canada Games Centre

I love the Canada Games Center. The only problem I do have is that they don't have a proper pushup, gymnastics or dance barre in their gym. They have a lot of fancy equipments that are in reality not very useful and effective. Please Canada Games center please get yourself a wall lined up with bars so that people can do advance stretches pull ups and gymnastics excercises.
The Canada Games Centre is marginally more expensive than other gyms around the city but the membership is well worth the money. The extensive facilities are very well maintained and have great hours. The group fitness instructors are fantastic and lead excellent classes. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and surprisingly cheerful at 5:30 AM. The entire centre opens at 5:30 AM during the week which is great if you feel like playing badminton, going for a run, or going for a swim before work or school. The centre is also open late with evening fitness classes available. If you are new to weights or need motivation, the group fitness classes will introduce you to weights and are always varied.
I went to the Canada games center with my kids. The life guards were very mean to them and rude. the water slides were not even open when i came. still have to say the pool was great but the life guards do not want to work>
I adore the Canada Games Centre! Thanks to it's swim team I am know a great swimmer! And I did a gymnastic class their it was super fun! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
Shame on you Canada Games Centre management on imposing a dress code. This is a public facility and anything that is acceptable in the general public and not contravening laws should be acceptable. Private clubs and other facilities may be different, though, the reality is that they don't tend to enforce dress codes much any more either.
