Excellent customer service and hook up from Arjun.. hooked me and all of my friends with a great plan with multi access. Was very straight forward with us and didn't play any sales games like other LA Fitness sales people who just want your money. Makes everything so much easier, defiantly a great experience. Everyone go through him for the best possible hook ups!!
terrible customer service, managers are a joke,starting with fernando.. they have so much customers that they dont care about them
don't go here! I have been a member for 5 years and have had everything bad happen Place smells, over crowded, PEOPLE DONT CLEAN THE MACHINES! also i like to swim and when old hairy men show up in their grandpa under ware with skid marks to swim, not a pretty sight with goggles on. Go and complain and nobody does anything also nobody speaks english, very rude customers as we live in ontario so speak english!
What a terrible gym! The customer service is just a joke. I stayed with them for three years, just because all me buddies went there. Eventually, we all had to leave due to their rip-off pricing and inability to resolve issues.
Terrible customer service by Marlon. The GM (Fernando) offered a discounted rate if I was to bring two family members. Upon reaching there and talking to Marlon, I was really disappointed as they couldn't deliver their promise. Also, they asked my brother what he is paying for his current gym. Once my brother told them that he was paying less than what LA was offering, they told him that it must be lie. What a way to get new customers ?
