When I was younger I loved going to Guelph Saultos for gymnastics every week. It allowed me to have fun with my friends and burn off some of my energy, which I'm sure my parents also appreciated. Now that I have had the pleasure of work alongside Guelph Saultos as an adult, it has allowed me to appreciate what they have to offer even more! Their team is extremely dedicated, professional, and are real experts in the field. They have a variety of great programs that cater to children staying active and having fun. I can say with confidence that your child will be in great hands, whether you have them enrolled in a Gymnastics Class, Competitive Gymnastics, GymSchool, or even attending for Birthday Parties, PD Days, or Camps. Once I have children I will definitely be enrolling them at Guelph Saultos.

Guelph Saultos Gymnastics has been a part of our family, our lives for more than 7 years now. We never imagined when we first signed our daughter up for a recreation class that it would foster a love for gymnastics in her that has carried us years later to intensive competitive training. Throughout this experience she has gained independence, self-confidence and respect from family, friends, and teachers. Her coaches guide her daily, preparing her for success in the sport with a long-term focus on athletic development and safety. We appreciate the mutual trust and respect that has developed between the coaches, our daughter and ourselves. Guelph Saultos Gymnastics has had a significant positive impact on our daughter’s development as young girl, an athlete and a student. Her teachers often compliment her time management and work ethic at school, something we attribute to the discipline and focus that come from gymnastics. We love that we are part of a club that develops friendships, role models, successful athletes, future coaches and a sense of community. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful facility in our home town.

Our family have been members of the Guelph Saultos Gymnastics Club for almost 10 years now. So far it has been a great experience for our whole family. We have been able to watch the gym go through many changes over the years, grow, and of course nurture many young athletes, majority of who are now part of the coaching staff. With the number of hours our athletes commit to, it has been an absolute pleasure to watch our small child grow and mature into a young adult through this sport. Gymnastics has offered our daughter more than just handstands, cartwheels, and hard tricks, but rather she has learned independence, self-confidence, perseverance, leadership, teamwork, friendship, patience, nutrition, willpower, time management, and other life skills that will enable her to become successful later in life. I long for parents to see the significance of this sport and the realization there is a great deal more being taught to our children then just gymnastics. My daughters continued passion, devotion, strength of mind and love for this sport are truly inspiring. I know that whether a gymnast is part of the recreational program or the competitive program the club represents amazing athletes at all ages and levels. The extraordinary spirit and eagerness to learn of these athletes is incredibly moving! Thank you Guelph Saultos for letting us be a part of this incredible gym!!
