Even if we noticed the front desk manager of our departure with a paper signed by both of us, they continued to bill my wife three months later. Because we didn't make a copy of the paper handed out, they refused to give us any refund. In looking the reviews, it's the the first time it happened. CONSUMER BE AWARE. People there are great but the company doesn't take his responsibilities !!

Nice club. My only problem is that they over charged me and then would only give me credit back. Not my money.. what is that?.... For that type of customer service its time to find a new gym.....
