Well, World Gym says its open 24-7 and today is Labour Day. It states on their website that it's open today for 24 hours. I called to ensure and did not get a message that it has shorter hours or was closed. It said if nobody picked up, they were with other gym members.
Yup; drove there for nothing. Nothing but a sign on their door saying closed for the entire day.
Get with the program guys. Its the 21st century. Update your website and leave a proper voicemail.
First, you have either the pool, hot tub, sauna or steam room under repairs and not available; one of the main reasons I'm a member; for the perks after the work out. And now you're not open when you advertise that you're open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Apparently you're not big on customer satisfaction.
Very disappointing!
