The equipment is old,limited and unorganized. The membership is a yearly contract that you cannot cancel. The space is very small compared to other gyms. Truly fitness for ten is only $10 a month for a reason. however the staff is friendly but there is no personal training. If you clearly want a good gym it would have to be good-life fitness! It is $40 a month but you dont have to pay $80 to start. also the music selection is horrible so if you forget your headphones you are kind of fu*cked. Can't wait for my 1yr thing to be finished so I can go to a real gym. Don't sign up you won't like it

Love this gym! !! Affordable and staff are always wonderful :) Been going here for 2 years now and have no complaints.

I like the gym, lots of equipment and it seems to be pretty well maintained. I find the staff is friendly, but occasionally they act as if it is a huge inconvenience if you ask a question. The biggest dealbreaker for me is that they have, on TWO occasions, "accidently" took out additional money from my bank AFTER they had taken out my regular monthly fee. This does not follow my contract and I am starting to get very frustrated with this gym. Would not recommend. --------------------------------------------------- Update January 2013: The other day, I received the best customer service ever. I hope that management have been taking steps to ensure that staff is friendly and helpful. If they are, it is showing! I am changing my rating to Very Good -- not quite Excellent yet as I'm still a bit untrusting about the money issue.

worst customer service ever . i was stopped from entering gym caz i have balance of 93 although i was told 2 days ago that i have credit of 64 $ and person who stopped me to enter gym acknowledge that i had credit but in three days i owe them 93 $ and i have to talk head office which is close at night .next day when i called head office nobody pick up after several mesgs and calls no reply and now i m stuck i can go to gym but i have signed contract and i am paying them .i dont know what should i do to stop them from doing so

I love this gym. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots and lots of machines so that even when it is busy, I've never had to wait for a machine. And the price is amazing. $10.00 a month. Fantastic.
