I attend Re-Born Beach boot camp once a week and thoroughly enjoy the diversity of exercises, or drills James puts us through! I regularly went to the gym before starting so I was not out of shape, but still get a huge amount from the weekly sessions, so it is suitable for all levels of fitness. It is highly motivating, diverse in the exercises we do and a really enjoyable way to start the day. Cant recommend it highly enough.
Great results.Never boring. Unlike in traditional Gyms, I have never repeated the same sequence of excercises twice, so it keeps everything fresh, challenging and interesting. The results are amazing. By following both excercise and diet advice, not only am I a lot fitter, I have gone from 12st 10lb to 11 stone in 10 weeks and my waist from 38inches to 33.5. Thanks Peter
