I got cheated out of 3 months of my contract. A staff member (David, the English guy) decided that my preceding 9 month contract was actually 6 months in length, so I got screwed over due to the fact that I paid for the following membership early (would've thought they'd reward you for that if anything). Couldn't get it cleared up since they didn't have a copy of my original contract. Had witnesses who were with me when I signed up and backed up my story - no good. Their story was the only story as far as they were concerned, despite the fact that they had no evidence to back it up. - Incompetent (and / or deceitful) staff - Gym equipment (in this case the leg press machine) left broken for months without any apparent attempt made to fix it - Weights machines' pads held together with masking tape - No water fountain (but plenty of over-priced drinking water) Had to join another gym for the rest of my college semester. No way was I giving them any more money. Avoid.
