If you are more into group classes and cardiovascular stuff, you'll love this gym like no other. They've got Zumba, Martial Arts, Free Style Classes and what not.. Don't expect too much from these classes, but they are good fun. If you are someone who is serious about weight training, you are up for a big disappointment. I have never come across a gym which is so poorly equipped. No inclined rack, no declined rack, no leg press machine, no preacher curl machine, no seated cable row equipment, one barbell bar, one bench (they actually had two, but one broke and it has been weeks with no sign of replacement arriving anytime soon) As far as personal trainers are concerned, some of them are good (1 or 2 of them, and are very friendly). Others (80% of the PTs) are simple jerks. They'll watch you bench your bodyweight, but never offer to help (unless of course, if you are a female or hail from the PTs home state - No price money for guess which state, or pay Rs 21,000 / 30 sessions for personal trainer). From what I've heard from the women who attend this gym, ladies love Fitness First. I can understand why!
