I joined Golden Fitness Centre Alwar, Its a very good gym, good ambience, equipment etc. The manager is very well behaved. I enrolled for a one year membership on may 2nd and requested the sub-manager to allot me a good experienced personal trainer. I was allotted evening slot with a personal trainer. this guy has good experience in body-building and fitness. overall a good trainer.

I have been a member at Golden Fitness Centre Alwar now for about 5 months. I was with another gym. I couldn't do enough BodyPump at the other gym so thought that I would try out Golden Fitness Centre Alwar for 3 months. Following this initial 3 month period, I decided to renew my membership for a further 12 months (I wont be renewing with the other gym). The main reasons for renewing with Golden Fitness Centre Alwar are the great timetable available and the excellent instructors. Since joining I have focused on the BodyPump and BodyCombat classes. I have done the training at Golden Fitness Centre Alwar. All of your instructors have been awesome. They have all been very professional and are very good at what they do. I have found that the instructors are quick to learn the new releases, good at keeping the classes fresh by mixing up the tracks, have great personalities and make the classes fun to be at. It makes it easy to want to go to the gym and work out. Thanks Golden Fitness Centre Alwar and your instructors!
