i like working out in INSHAPE as the trainers out here have a overall knowledge not just around body building but with every other form of fitness training that is currently developed in our country. i M IMPRESSED with the way they have kept themselves updated with the current trend of workouts. Also, this is one of the gym which i have seen giving more importance to endurance training and have invested a good amount in getting the right equipment for it. Keep the good work going,, Let a healthy FITNESS LIFE CONTINUE!!
