I have been going for optimum fitness studio for past two years. Its really a good experience, the trainers are very kind, giving proper diet counselling and also they are conducting weight loss programs such as yoga, aerobics, swiss ball training e.t.c. It really helped me a lot to reduce my weight as well as made me fit. SHAGITA J
Hi, I was a OFS csutomer. The aerobics classes are very good and the equipments are also many exclusively for women. I discontinued gym cos of my pregnancy the next day of my package( aerobics 4000 for 3 months) renewal. When i asked to refund, she told i can use the package after 6 months from my delivery . And now its 7 months from my delivery, she is not accepting and telling i can use for just a month. also telling, i should have come immediately after my delivery in a month. how heartless this condition is being a women.... how is it possible to join gym in 1 or 2 months from delivery?? I was very shoched of her response. SOOOO Commercial.... finally i told her to enjoy my money and i am not gonna join there . Thanks!
