The gym is shifted to no 476,CTH road,Ambatur Chennai (Near Reliance Trends), Its the best gym in Ambatur in terms of Space, Infrastructure,Steam facility,Aerobics facility & Imported equipments, They are the only place to conduct Aerobics regularly thrice a week & they adapt unique BOOT CAMPS which involves Functional group fitness, They have almost 42 tons of AC..one of the coolest gyms in AMbatur...Jus step IN & you are sure to love it...!!!

They have moved now next to Reliance trends with two floors. New Equipment are placed with Aerobics and steam bath. Price approx comes 1500 / month. It is now one of the Best in Ambattur
