Horrible service. I need to cancel my membership because I moved out of the country. I've being trying to submit he paper work for about two weeks. Every employee tell you something different. The manager is almost unreachable. The process of canceling the membership can take up to 45 days! that is way to much time. The ugliest part is that since I've being complaining with the about the process I cant enter to their Facebook page, is like they block me. I was on my way to write this review on Facebook but I can't. That's the way to treat the members of a 5 star gym? Is being two weeks and they cant answer a simple email.
