great gym and friendly staff. if u get a personal trainer by the name of m pruett be careful. he is good at what he does but doesnt keep his word. i paid him to work out with me 3 times a week for a month,a meal plan, and a workout plan. i never received my workout plan even though i constantly emailed him and asked him when i saw him. even to this day he wont respond to my emails
Absolute Fitness contract is not accurate. When we signed up, we read the entire contract and even asked the employee, Brandi, if there was a dress code, and she said, "just work out clothes". The contract states for attire: Appropriate fitness attire must be worn at all times while working out in the gym, No jeans, pants with metal enhancements, khakis, flip flops or street shoes allowed at any time." I have been wearing my Teva Sandals since I signed up back in March -6 months ago- and no one has told me I can't till yesterday. I told them the contract does not state that I can't wear sandals and the manager said that the contract means "no open-toed shoes" BUT the contract does not state that. I have to wear my Teva sandals due to a medical condition - ingrown toenail. They won't refund me and cancel my contract, even though their contract doesn't say that I can't wear Teva sandals. Absolute Fitness Gym is very unethical. The manager treated us rudely, even raising her voice at my father-in-law because he tried to help me out and she stated that she can't talk to him because he wasn't on my contract. Yet she rarely directed her eyes to my husband and I who are both on the contract. She also insinuated that I can't run in Teva sandals, but they are a fitness, sports hiking sandal. I have run a 6 k in them no problem. Overall, I would not recommend Absolute Fitness to anyone because of their lack of writing in the contract vs their opinions on what you can wear and what you can't.
Great all-a-round gym you go guys. ;)
Great gym
