I've never heard of such a thing...I called to make sure that my membership was ending at the end of this month and to make sure that there would be no more deductions from my credit card. I was informed by the OWNER that I need to come fill out a cancellation form. Isn't that the reason for signing a membership contract? So that the date it starts and count with me..exactly 2 years from THAT date the contract would be complete and no more deductions would come out of my account. Guess it's not the case with this establishment. People this is a heads up for you....you have to give them a 30 day notice to cancel your membership...whether your contract is done or not. If you do not give this 30 day notice they will continue deducting from your account until you come in and sign a cancellation form. I've never head of such a ridiculous thing in my life....not to mention, just as Chris below, when they bought out Fitness Plus they deducted 2 payments from my account. One at the end of the month then one week later another deduction. I disputed it with my bank and was refunded the $$ because my bank saw that they had just deducted a week prior. Good luck to all who use this facility.....

Poor customer service!!!! My wife and I were charged twice in the same month. Instead of correcting the problem when we brought it to the OWNER's attention we were forced to bring bank statements showing all past charges and proving that we were double charged and that it wasn't a make up charge of some sort, make 3 special trips (and counting) down to the gym to get the issue corrected (which it still hasn't been). I can't wait until our membership is up so we can cancel. I'd rather burn our membership money than give it to them.

Boot camp is an awesome way to shed those unwanted pounds! Great facility!
