I have been training at Team Quest Fitness Center off and on for the past three years and it has really been an awesome experience! I have been training MMA and Muay Thai for the past 10 years, and in that time I have been to some crummy gyms. Not Team Quest. They do it right. Every time I come back I am always welcomed back with open arms. The training is always great, the instruction is thorough but not overbearing. If anyone is looking for a good place to train MMA or Muay Thai, or just get a good workout this is a perfect place.
Ryan Bixler's classes will kick your ass, man up and check this guy he will get you fighting fit & in fantastic condition.
Awesome Mixed Martial Arts training. Trainers were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuine. They push me to work out my hardest and encourage me to come back. They also remembered my name. This is not a "thumbprint scan type" place. Team Quest Encinitas is more like an extended family.
