Absolutely ridiculous. I called to sign up over the phone in November and the guy took all my information but he told me I wouldn't be officially registered until I gave him my routing number. Obviously I didn't, so the membership registration wasn't complete. I've been getting monthly charges ever since, so I called and they told me I was actually a member and that the registration process went through. However, although you can sign up over the phone, you CANNOT cancel membership over the phone.

I really like this gym. The employees aren't staking you trying to get you to do personal training. They let you workout in peace. The facility is always clean. Everyone is friendly. I wish it was a tad bigger though. Other then that no complaints. I've been working out in this gym for about a year now and I can honestly say I like it better then any other gyms I've used.
Close to home and at a great price. Personal trainers are awesome. They know what they're doing. It is a small location compare to others and did which there were classes held there as they advertise.
I really wanted to join this place because they had a great promo going on ($7.00 per month), amazing price right? The gym looked very nice, clean, LCD TV's everywhere, everybody was working out, BUT when I stopped by - I was very disappointed by the STAFF! I approached the fitness agent to inquire about the $7.00 per month - I received HORRIBLE customer service, just awful! I intend to speak with the Manager of the establishment, if I am not satisfied with the outcome of my concern, I will contact a District or Regional Manager, if I am still not satisfied with my concern, I will contact the corporate office. Little did the fitness agent know, I am the type of person who will take my concern ALL the way to the top of the chain!!!
