Great customer service, great facility, good people, love this gym
Not bad, great equipment, good staff. Better then a lot of the other LA Fitness. Only issue I have is they do not keep the dumbbell area in order. It always looks like a first grader is in charge of it.
Facility is not kept up and or clean. pool, spa, sauna, and men's locker room is always filthy. Thinking of changing gyms.
facility is clean, lots of nice equipment, biggest pet peeves are people on their cell phones/to many clicks standing around talking(in the way), old people sitting in the pool just talking and not swimming and staff sit on high horses and if you aren't using them for your personal trainer they don't want to talk about any problems you have including problems with any broken equipment
Before I talk about my experience, It is based on peak hours (between 5pm-7pm) So to start off the staff up front do not seem friendly (not even a "hello" "how you doing" when entering). Ok I can deal with that, however, next I noticed how messy and unorganized the free weights area is which was really an interuption to my workout since weights are all over the place so you need to search and walk around trying to find a set of dumbells. -No one seems to re-rack their weights so you have no idea if someone is using them or not to. -Not to mention, how crowdy this area is which can have you waiting countless minutes to get a machine or bench. -And to make things worse some people can be unneccesarly rude, and when I say people I mean those who have attitudes towards others and act like they own the gym. (almost seems like steriod abuse to be sincere) On the other hand, some positive things I can say is that I enjoyed the pool (seemed clean) and the roomy lockers and such. Good size gym, but can get really crowed during peak hours. This sums up my short term experience of 3 days. (had the free guest pass) Overall i recomend going in the morning when its less busy. Less chance of you encountering these problems. Stay Healthy/Fit.
