Faith, family, and fitness. This Box is truly what every CrossFit gym should strive to be. No drama, just good friends and families working out and socializing in a safe, welcoming setting. There are a ridiculous number of low-quality Boxes in San Diego County. This isn't one of them. If you were hesitate to try CrossFit in the past and live in Poway, Ramona or Julian, this is the Box for you. Check the website for class times and class offerings and see what it means to REALLY enjoy going to the gym everyday. You won't be sorry! :)
