Love the pool, love the spa, really cool to be able to go into the sauna with my wife. They need to update the machines soon and the customer service is ok
Star system does not do it justice as we all have our own ways of judging a gym. For me, its the access to the equipment I like and to be able to have at it with no wait time. Sure, some of not ALL the equipment is out dated, but it does the job. I've worked out in Pico Rivera, Monterey Park, Alhambra and you literally cannot breathe its so crowded. I say, this LA Fitness is a hidden gem if anything!!!
Not the worst LA Fitness but definitely close. I could go on and on with problems and issues at this gym. Bottom line is the employees and management let this gym look and feel subpar. If they get the right team in there they can fix all of the issues.
The time is now 10:45pm Saturday, 9/27 and I just left the Rancho LA Fitness because the internet shows hours of operation as 5am to 12am, but when I went there it was closed. I drove over 30 miles round trip for nothing. I am very disappointed!
Wtf Place is impossible to get a workout in.It is slammed every time i go and i just have to walk in circles looking for weights or a weight bench to use.even machines are hard to get open.F this hipster gym.
