I have had a few other personal trainers in the past, but what’s different about Ryan is that he *really* does care about getting you in shape. He takes an active interest in keeping you focused on your fitness goals and he will make sure you stick to them! Ryan creates rigorous, but fun workouts that are core and cardio focused that really help shed pounds quickly. Since I started with Ryan and his expert feedback/advice, I've already shed 15 pounds in about 8 weeks. Still have another 15 pounds to go, but I know with Ryan's support and guidance I'll get there! UPDATE: I have since gotten down to about 200 from 230, my body fat is 12% from 24% (I'm 6' 3" height). I look better than I did in high school!! Thanks for all your help and encouragement!
I'd describe Ryan's approach to training as humane. He's the perfect trainer for someone like me who has no need to be ripped but wants to lose weight, control blood pressure, tone muscles, and live an overall healthy life. His program changed my attitude toward working out from something I wanted to avoid to something I became eager to do. Plus it's fun and easy spending time with Ryan and, unlike almost every other trainer I've ever used, he never, ever says "awesome."
I came to Ryan after losing interest in my current workout regimen. From our very first session together, I could feel my body changing. Ryan has pushed me to my limits (and then some!) while working out together the past five months. My body has never felt this strong and balanced. And, each workout has been a little different so I am staying engaged. Ryan's strong knowledge and insight of the human physique really shines through in each of our sessions. And, he just exudes this positive energy that it can't help but rub off on you when you leave the gym. You rock, Ryan!!
I came to Ryan as a two sport varsity college athlete. I was looking for someone to help me take my game to the next level and I got more than I bargained for. I have had many trainers and coaches over the years and Ryan delivered some of the most comprehensive and motivating workouts I have ever had. His attention to detail coupled with his genuine and sincere desire to help his clients achieve their goals makes him truly unique. When I embarked upon my last season I not only felt stronger physically but I felt stronger mentality because of the confidence, support, and commitment he dedicated to each and every session. Whether you are an athlete or simply wanting to get in shape he is TRULY the best trainer you could have.
When I first began working out with Ryan, I was immediately impressed by his soft spoken demeanor. It made me feel comfortable in the gym setting. I felt much older than most of the individuals I saw working out. Ryan not only worked on my physical goals but also on my weight management and self-esteem. He's a tough taskmaster! No, really, Ryan made the biggest difference in my workout life. I actually looked forward to going! Ryan knows his business, is passionate about what he does and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great workout and a great experience.
