This is a follow-up to my previous comment posted below. I have since been contacted by the Regional Fitness Manager as well as the General Manager at the El Dorado club. They were extremely prompt in responding to my concerns, met with me and corrected the situation within 48 hours! The service was exceptional and the personal trainer they assigned me is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She taught me so much in my first session and it felt good to be back and working towards better health. Mr. Solley and Ms. Shepherd took this situation seriously and made every effort to make sure I was a happy customer - and I am! I look forward to continuing with my training and my membership. EXCELLENT customer service!!! I recommend this fitness to club to all! The customer service in the El Dorado County location is terrible. They do not respond to their customers. I would not recommend this gym to anyone - especially if you have a personal trainer. It's been 3 months since mine took a job elsewhere and I cannot get a response from the gym as to a replacement trainer - and I already paid for all my sessions up-front.
This is the greatest gym in Stockton, the staff are great, it can get busy during rush hour but hey that's the gym! I really enjoy this gym and recommend it to anybody reading this :)
