The club itself is nice and clean, however, management and staff do not follow through and are not well trained in club policies, very frustrating. Get it in writing.

I actually like the gym and the classes. Low ranking due to the HORRIBLE customer service at the corporate office. If using this gym remember to copies of all receipts- they are notorious for losing them and inactivating your account. Also be prepared to pull supporting bank statements, this has happened numerous time. We are willing to go elsewhere and pay a bit more to not have to deal with this on a monthly basis.
