I love Fit Body Boot Camp! I started off as a boot camper in February of 2013, and quickly became hooked. I was attending boot camp at least 5 days a week with multiple session in a row. I saw my body toning up and leaning out as I followed Bryce's nutritional guide. I ended up loving Boot camp so much, that I soon asked to become a trainer when I learned that they were hiring! I love helping out and motivating fellow boot campers. Each day is a completely different workout, and I don't believe that i've ever had the same work out in the 9 months that i've attended boot camp. The quick 30 minute sessions are great for busy people!
I joined Fit Body Bootcamp back in May and after the first trial run I knew it was something I wanted to stick with. The 30 minute sessions of 5 stations (3 sets) are a real workout but the time flies by! Bryce, Tatiana and his team make themselves available for any questions and I never felt pressured to sign up for anything. Within the first few weeks I could feel a difference, after a few more weeks I really started to see a difference and so did family and friends. I love how strong I feel now! I feel better about my physique but most importantly my health. Join FBBC and you won't be sorry :)
My wife and I joined FBBC in February and have been going at least five times a week since then. I sometimes go to multiple classes on my days off! Both of us have given up our gym memberships. What we love about FBBC is that you get a great workout in 30 minutes, which is GREAT for us busy folks! The workout is different every day which keeps your body guessing and you get the results that you're looking for. And the instructors are very helpful and motivating. Bryce also offers nutritional counseling along with personal training. I would highly recommend FBBC!
I joined FBBC back in February as I needed a change. I was overweight, tred all the time and lacked and motivation to do anything. I always wanted to do a boot camp but was afraid that at my size and weight I would not be able to hang with everyone else. I saw a special for a month trial and took a chance. I called Bryce the owner and after meeting with him and being assured he would work with me I felt at ease. I not gonna say it was easy but I was able to complete the 30 minute session with some rest periods but I was able to hang in and finish. As the weeks went by I found myself getting stronger and my endurance was up. I feel more energetic and less stressed. The workouts consist of 30 minute sessions of interval training lasting 1 minute at each station with 5 stations. This is repeated for a total of 3 times for the 30 minute workout. This along with a diet plan provided by Bryce I have lost over 30 lbs in a few months. The trainers are awesome and will motivate you to finish strong. You feel more like your working out with family and friends as no one judges you on what you can and can't do. Everyone is supportive and helpful. The facility is top notch with all of the latest equipment to get you into shape.
I first joined Fit Body with a Groupon/Living Social deal. I was feeling mediocre about my gym routine at 24 hour fitness and my own apartment's gym. I was always repeating the same exercise and never really seeing any results. The first few times doing bootcamp it was REALLY challenging. I could not finish a 30 minute work out without taking several breaks. Over the months I have seen a drastic change in my body. Each trainer brings something different to the exercises. I recommend trying boot camp, sit down and talk with the trainers and see that they really do care about you! It makes going so much more enjoyable. Thanks Fit Body!
