They cut off the hot water to discourage people from showering. Its been off for 2 weeks + and the manager refuses to respond.
Recently (since Matt went to the new facility), this PF is dirty and in disrepair... it needs sweeping, pads on equipment are cracking and splitting. There are not as many using this facility as in the past. The equipment still WORKS fine.
My boyfriend and I just joined. We have only been twice but both times have been great! When we went to sign up Alex was very friendly and helpful, told us everything to know and was great at answering all of our questions. We went to work out last night and even though it was during their busy hours, there was plenty of equipment for everyone. Also, the equipment is in great condition, updated, and offers all the bells and whistles. The facilities are very clean and I have no complaints. I am excited to get back in shape!
I have been at Longmont PF for 7 months and I love it. What you get for $20 a month (with the Black Card) is phenomenal! After working out, you get to do the Red Light Therapy, use the massage chair and Hydrotherapy Bed, then tan- you CAN'T complain about that deal! Love the big locker room
Extremely rude staff. I cancelled my membership because they continued to "accidentally" double charge me every month. My sister had the same problem and cancelled her membership for this as well. Yes, they have cheap membership but I highly recommend going elsewhere. This place is a joke
