My wife and I have been a member for close to 3 years now. We joined when the Bonita Springs YMCA closed. The staff made the transition to a new gym so easy (and that's after being at the YMCA for 6 years). The staff are all very welcoming and fun to be around. Plus, they know what they are doing when it comes to training. My wife and daughter both take personal training sessions, Pilates, and both use the spa for massages and facial treatments. They don't want to go anywhere else. For me, I am more of a simple needs person but FFL still provides the niceties that you sometimes don't think of (towels, water, etc).
If you do visit them in person, don't be fooled by the "studio gym" look and feel. If you want some hard core training, they offer that too. Just ask to see the "Wall of Fame" Workout Board, and you will see fitness is taken serious.
Overall a great place to workout for all!
I started working out with Chad last April. He has built up my endurance and helped me change my life style. Ive lost 45 lbs in the past 8 months! Thanks Chad!
