UFC Gym Clearwater has the best overall training programs I've seen under one roof and I've been to many facilities in the area. Core, circuit, weights, boxing, kickboxing, personal training, cardio, etc. The classes can burn up to 1,000 calories and the change in your body is amazing in such a short amount of time. The staff and other members at the gym are always supporting you and your goals.
