Around the Clock Fitness

I had a great experience while I was there (classes and equipment were great). I went to cancel and there were some issues. I was EXTREMELY unhappy. I went in and spoke to AJ and he was great! He fixed everything and was very helpful. I will definitely return in the future. -Caelee
I like this gym a lot! Bridgette is a great leader in Spin and body pump classes. I like having lots of several eliptycal and machines to choose from. Different rooms for yoga or personal fitness balls and weights. The new staff is very friendly and polite. The child care workers are the BEST anywhere. They have always made my son feel welcome and have been exceptionally cordial with me. So- good job Around the Clock at Boy Scout.
I have been a member since this gym was Omni and was very happy until lately. I'm being charged same price as before and there are more members and hard to get a machine during peak hours. Now they no longer provide towels to members. More crowded and less benefits = time for a new gym! I also voiced my opinion about the towels to staff and the guy told me he could sell me a towel. Come on...really?
This place used to be the Omni Club on Boyscout and it was great. But since Around the Clock has taken over, the machines keep breaking down and never get fixed, they have men cleaning the women's locker room during peak hours, they keep removing options and features (such as the combat room and the towel service), a majority of their classes are scheduled during normal work hours and their smoothies have decreased in size and increased in price. And when I complained about the lack of hot water in the showers - yea, ice cold! - to the people at the front desk they made fun of me to my face.
Dismissing legitimate customer complaints as a competitor attempting to sabotage your already tainted reputation is certainly not a way to address real issues that your clientele is dealing with. Though the machines might look new, rest assured that the majority are broken in some way... whether it be the exercise function itself, a broken heart rate monitor, headphone jack, or TV connection. I'm paying a significant yearly maintenance fee, and I'm not seeing that this money is being used in the way it was intended. Why are machines out of order for months on end? Why don't you have exercise classes to accommodate the 8-5 worker? Stop making excuses and start making real changes.
