Gym is a rip off! had a new debit card in the mail, they had the old one on file and try charging me $35 return fees even though there was not insufficient funds but an outdated card on file. I called the gym twice and no one answered to resolve the issue prior to the fees. They may only be $10/month but rip you off in BS fees! Not recommended at all!

I have never had never a problem with this gym, but unlike these other reviews I actually have ten dollars in my bank account for my monthly payment. The gym is kept clean, the weights aren't the newest. But for $10 I can't complain. The gym has a good group of people all friendly. I'd say that most people who can read a contract would say this is not a bad gym.

Hands down thee WORST gym you can join. Joined a year ago, went in once - place was too busy/packed didnt like the atmosphere at night. The gym was never opened as late as the hours stated and the reason why I joined instead their excuse was "the gym was slow that night so we closed early". Incompetent employees such as Shayne, Matt ( manager ), Alex, Denny, Ivy are the reason this place sucks. Absolutely ZERO customer service abilities. Shayne, Matt,and Denny will actually Talk back to you and avoid your phone calls/requests to speak to higher management. They absolutely avoid giving us the owners information so we can escalate matters. AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COST!

Scam! Watch out for all the hidden charges, cancelation fees, and difficulty that goes along with canceling. They'll get you, Muwahahaha!

DO NOT JOIN WORLD GYM!!!!! Their contracts are the worst and impossible to get out of. They treat and speak to you very unprofessionally. The gym went down hill ever since the new owners bought the place. If you join be prepared to be disappointed
