Nice gym to for men & women who are seeking a nice lean look. The cardio machines are new and maintained daily. The staff is friendly and offers 4 different hydro-massage rooms. I high recommend this gym to people who wants to control their weight in a small simple environment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My home away from home. Facility is clean and simple, which is all I care about. Night to 6am staff is the best. Just wish they a) offered classes, b) had hairdryers c) opened earlier on the weekends. Great place!
I love coming here when visiting my family in miami, could use some body wash or soap in showers.
Only $10 a month, love it
