Ive been Crossfitting for a little over 3 years now on and off and i must admit by far, best box in Miami. The facility is like no other with 14,000 SQ ft. An amazing competition rig that suits 16 people, bathroom showers and day care for the children for those with kids. This box has everything you need, most important of all the atmosphere, I highly recommend this Box to any current crossfitters or any beginner crossfitters looking to get into the sport.
