Just went for my first massage this morning and this place is incredible! Staff is Great, Massage and facial was Amazing! Just what I needed! Will be back soon and Looking forward to it!!

I get my haircut here and it is awesome. If you are a local, you get a discount which makes it better. Any service you get at the spa, you are entitled to use the spa and fitness area all day. I love how everyone attends to your needs and makes you feel extremely relaxed. The hairstylists here are all talented and listen to your wants instead of trying to push a hairstyle on you that doesn't even fit your lifestyle. I love this place. I visit spas all over the world and this is the best one I have been to in the panhandle. I still and always will favor the Thelasso spa in Bora Bora :-)

We are local and military (you get a 20% discount if you have a valid ID to prove either.) We went for a couples massage and it was wonderful!! We enjoyed the facility and had a great massage too. I had a $30 credit on a gift card from last Mother's Day. It was two weeks past the 1 year expiration date and the computer wouldn't accept it. Giovanni wrote my info. down and kindly offered to call the business office on Monday morning to extend the expiration date and promised to credit my card if it worked. I didn't call him to ask about it, he called me on Monday and remembered two days later to care of it on his own. Totally awesome customer service! Thanks Giovanni. I'm impressed!!

I have gone to this spa several times and never received a local discount as advertised. I went again last weekend 11 September 2010 and again no discount. I emailed the spa email account and asked about my bill. There is a 20% service fee associated with the spa...I get that (although) they should mention that at the time of booking. So I again asked for the local discount and told them about my services on Saturday, I booked an Anti-Surgery Facial and I recieved a Serenity facial. I mentioned this in the email and the only response I recieved was next time present your ID for a local discount and never apologized about the mix up in facials. I am VERY big on customer service and I would have thought Serenity would have at least offered to give me the local discount and at the very least mention the mix up with the facial. If this is the way Serenity does business I will not be back. Good thing for social networking as I will get the word out about this business.
