I recently visited Naples on holiday and usually the hotel I stay at transports us up to Pine Ridge Road to the YMCA for classes as they only have a fitness center. Whilst eating out at the Thai Sushi Restaurant one night, my husband and I walked past Paramount Fitness whilst a Kickboxing class was going on. I grabbed a brochure and saw that they offered a variety of classes. It is deceiving as it is looks small and you wonder where all the equipment is. The next day I went in and spoke to the owner Mike. He was very courteous, informative and an absolute pleasure. He told me that I could either pay per class or I could purchase a package, share my sessions with my husband and use the package next time I come back over here, if I don't use them all before I leave. I could not believe it. The atmosphere was very relaxed and non-initimidating. I even tried Zumba for the first time and Melissa the instructor was very good. She was easy too follow and very motivating. Needless to say that on my next visit, I know where I will be working out.
