Went in to change my membership - treated so rudely I decided just to cancel - then I was told there was a $25 cancellation fee - had to be paid on the spot to cancel. They never mentioned this fee when I signed up. When I joined I was told it was month to month with NO contract. They said it's in the fine print. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was too busy to talk to me. I liked the place, good location for me, nice equipment. But the way I was treated was deplorable and they ran me off. As a customer, I have never been treated so badly. I'll never go back!

I was totally lied to about the fees and the more I asked questions then the more they lied until, finally they changed their story numerous times, and I got the truth...Initially I was told NO hidden or other fees other than the $10 per month per person as per the coupons also mailed me and flyers placed om my vehicle while grocery shopping....after spending time talking to the You Tube staff asking DETAILED questions I was finally told it would cost me $140 to join for 2 people...$40 for "maintenance " fees to clean and maintain the gym, $10 to cancel whenever I ended my membership, and first and last month $20 fees for a total of $70 per person x 2 people = $140 initial upfront fees...this place tries to be a clone of Planet Fitness but unfortunately the fees at You Fit are hidden and much higher than they portray and will tell you..and I especially didn't like the numerous attempts to deceive me and be untruthful with many changes in their stories regarding their real honest hidden fees..I am a 100% disabled veteran who need use of a gym to improve my physical condition and didn't appreciate the dishonesty and deceit with their coupons or their actual true fees..

Beware of this place over charging. In three months, not a day went by when I didn't see someone complaining at the desk about being over charged. There is a charge to leave $25. Lots of little add on changes they don't really talk about.

Got a ad in the mail from youfit and went over to use it, Seven dollars down and ten a month. They said I couldn't do it just for a month, if I did I would have to pay $50. So, this old snowbird will go somewhere else and spend his money if they won"t honor their ads. Going home March 31 .

Clean. Modern. Friendly. Just don't like the huge fans.
