My experience at Planet Fitness was awful! The "manager", Bill, was rude, had a very nasty attitude and told me "..If I didn't like it, To leave.. You don't have to come here.." If this is how paying customers get treated, this WILL be my last visit! Anybody working as Customer Service should have a positive attitude, respectful and follow the motto.. "customers are ALWAYS right".. To have a business, you need customers, to keep customers, you have to keep them happy and if you keep them happy, they will keep paying to come. With managers like Bill, Planet Fitness will soon have no customers! Planet Fitness needs to hire the correctly skilled people for jobs.. If it allowed me to rate zero stars, this review would have a zero star for my experience! Also, I will tell my friends and make sure everyone knows that Planet Fitness has HORRIBLE customer service and to not go there! Hope you correct Bills' position as Manager because he can't fulfill his duties and make customers happy and have a good experience while they are working out. If anything, he should be a Janitor, they don't have to speak to customers, or have any other skills then to clean.
Manager bill and costumer service sucks. Will not be going back until management is changed. Being a black card I should get more respect. The manager bill was very disrespectful to me and my friends.
When judging an establishment we have to go by quite a number of factors, even those beyond the services directly related to the institution's "grand purpose". That said, I will say that the gym was clean, affordable, and friendly. The reason for my bad review is due to the horrid membership practices. I do my best to follow through to the best of my ability; but this institution takes the cake with tricking its members into keeping their membership long beyond its usefulness. I have tried to cancel my account for over 3 months now and each time has halted due to threatened fees, processes or undue hardships of an unparalleled nature. I am now working on a certified letter just to cancel my account. I had intended on continuing my services after my move, but there is no PF in the area so I am now forced to carry a useless membership with this organization. This isn't business continuity, this is enforced membership and it's annoying, inconvenient, and a disgusting business practice. I signed up for Google+ just to write this review . . . and I hate Google+. I am very disappointed to say the least. Other than having to remain a "member-for-life" (or else!), the gym almost seems like a good deal. I will gladly pay more for a gym where my membership - and reoccurring membership fee - is properly managed.
Well for starters the manager bill has a nasty attitude this guy don't have any customer service experience what so ever he told me that if I don't like the rules and regulations that I can go to another gym this guy is rude to the customers corporate should do something about it before all your customers go to another gym this guy bill should smile sometimes instead of walking around the gym like he is pissed of at the world
Who's Bill ?I do my thing and leave. No issues yet and the price is right.
