The Manager nice and helpful, another big guy ( don't know his name but friendly) the trainer girl in mornings, needs to be taught to smile and be approachable. Think she was the worst I watched her training and she was so uninterested. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who needs Help because she needs help with her attitude. The other two boys are just plain not friendly and seemed unhappy to be there let alone help. I would recommend you look and pay a little more for people who will actually care even if it is a simple smile. But Planet fitness is so big that this won't even reach them. So if one person can then it is worth it to be posted. This is just the early morning crew I can't speak of any other shift.
It's sad to see so many uninformed members with bad form and spending their whole workout on a cardio machine! It would be great if PF staff could teach these people proper form before they get injured and have to start again from square one. Also-lift some weights folks, you'll burn off all of your muscle just trotting along on a cardio machine for an hour!
